I manage a sales team for the top radio station in a medium sized market. Our station also happens to be an urban contemporary (hip-hop and r&b) station in a market that has been considered everything but urban. My goal with this blog is to reflect my experiences in a manner that will be enlightening, entertaining and hopefully helpful to those in similar worlds. For those friends of mine, or just passerbys on this highway of space, I hope it will be interesting information as well.
